DAISY CHAPMAN
Since her solo debut in 2006, Daisy Chapman (who describes herself as a Sinner-Songwriter!) has captivated audiences with her extraordinary songwriting and moving performances with her voice (her most powerful instrument) above the piano to almost choral proportions.
With three albums recorded by acclaimed producer Ali Chant at Toybox Studios, and her latest masterpiece, “She Took Flight” (2023), Daisy continues to push the boundaries of her craft.
Daisy’s marvellous piano skills caught the attention of UK prog rockers Crippled Black Phoenix in 2009. Since then, she has been a touring pianist and vocalist for the band, exploring every corner of Europe and even venturing on a short trip to China. Her stunning rendition of ACDC’s “Let Me Put My Love Into You” showcased her adaptability.
Her long-standing collaboration with violinist Sue Lord, which began in 2012, has brought a extra sonic dynamic to her music. As a seasoned performer, Daisy has graced the stages of Glastonbury, 2000Trees, Migration Festival (Taiwan), Breminale (Germany) and many more, Her unforgettable cover of Rihanna’s “Umbrella” won an Independent Music Award, judged by none other than Tom Waits, propelling her into the spotlight.
In 2023, Daisy adeptly wrote and arranged the music for her album “She Took Flight,” featuring the Red Carousel quartet. As well as solo work, Daisy’s latest project is the prog band “Venus Principle,” where she shares lead vocals with ex-CBP singer Daniel Anghede.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kd9Iv6EZtxk
“She Took Flight” invites comparisons to Nick Cave and the entwining of melody and chords of Regina Spektor. Her unique, towering voice is beautifully accompanied by dramatic string arrangements and her own alluring piano. Drawing lyrical inspiration from the likes of Leonard Cohen, the album offers an ethereal, cinematic tone while retaining its warmth and soul. Daisy’s music is a testament to her experiences and her expansive historical knowledge, taking listeners on an unforgettable journey.

CAT ELLIOT
From the moment Cat discovered her passion for music, her life transformed into a symphony of adventure and creativity. With an innate talent for singing, she first captured hearts with her remarkable voice at the tender age of eight, while belting out tunes from Annie. Her parents, recognizing her potential, encouraged her to explore the piano, sparking a lifelong love for music.
As Cat embraced her adventurous spirit, she embarked on a whirlwind journey at 16, immersing herself in diverse cultures and eccentric experiences. These encounters fueled her songwriting, providing a wealth of inspiration and stories waiting to be told.
Teaching herself guitar and reconnecting with the piano, Cat began crafting a unique sound that blended her classical foundations with the raw emotions of her adventures. Time has refined both Cat and her art, culminating in her captivating semi-autobiographical EP, “Through & Through,” released in March 2018.
Currently, Cat continues to write new material, learn music production, and promote her EP, while traveling the world for various projects. Her love for performing live is unmatched, as she thrives on the raw energy that connects her to her audience. In the studio, she revels in the intricate process of creating unforgettable records.
